Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of saascentrix.com (the "Site"), operated by SaaSCentrix, a product studio of AkolagTech. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the site

The Site provides information about the SaaSCentrix product portfolio (including BillCrop and a2lance) and lets you request a demo. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, submit false or misleading information through its forms, or use automated means to scrape or extract content beyond normal browsing. Use of individual SaaSCentrix products themselves (for example BillCrop) is governed by that product's own separate terms, not this Site's Terms. If you're a customer of a production SaaSCentrix product engagement, uptime and support are covered by our Service Level Agreement, or by that product's own dedicated SLA where one exists.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, branding, and underlying software are owned by SaaSCentrix/AkolagTech or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal or business evaluation of our products, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a guarantee of results. Submitting a demo request does not create any contractual relationship; that only happens through a separate signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaaSCentrix and AkolagTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where AkolagTech and SaaSCentrix operate (the United States and Nigeria), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a manner consistent with those jurisdictions' applicable rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
